A reissue of the legendary first album with added bonus tracks.
A reissue released in 1990. The first album was released in 1989 by the independent label "SUB POP", and includes two bonus tracks, "Big Cheese" and "Downer".
This work is said to be "the legendary first album that popularized the genre called Grunge". It is also the only studio album that Chad Channing (Dr.) participated in. Incidentally, the album title was borrowed from an AIDS prevention poster that advised heroin addicts to bleach their needles before use.
