A pioneering band in Progressive Rock, one of the earliest to incorporate the Mellotron into their sound.
A limited edition reissue of the second album released in 1967. Includes the hit singles "Nights in White Satin" and "Tuesday Afternoon."
This is their second album and their first concept album. It is a work from the dawn of progressive rock, fusing rock and orchestra. It is known as the first work to incorporate the Mellotron, which was state-of-the-art at the time, into the sound, featuring Mike Pinder (keyboards).
