This was his first single, and the coupling track was supposed to be the title track.
The original version was released on 8cm CD in 1998. This is a re-release in 1999 with the addition of the coupling track "Toki ga Boso suru."
The song "Kofukuron" reflects the state of mind at a time when she was worried about her future relationship. She wanted to use the coupling song "Suberidai" as the title song, but changed it without permission due to adult circumstances.
