The lyricism of Bohemia depicted by the sound of the violin
The maestro Josef Suk has created a supreme concerto in which he deeply captures the simple beauty and passion inherent in Dvořák's music.
The weighty accompaniment by the Czech Philharmonic under Neumann's direction perfectly supports Suk's delicate bowing. In particular, the dreamy melodic beauty of "Romance" evokes the Bohemian landscape and leaves a deep impression on the listener.
