This album had a huge impact on the fitness industry, at a time when aerobics was booming.
The 12th album released in 1981. The Japanese title is "Rainbow Door". The original title song "Physical" topped the Billboard singles chart for 10 consecutive weeks. This song contributed to further increasing the popularity of aerobics.
The third track, "Make a Move on Me," and the first track, "Landslide," were later re-cut as singles. In 1982, a video album of the same name was released, featuring music videos for all the tracks on this album.
