This work marked the end of a quarter century of activity.Released in 1974, this work was recorded one year before the band went on hiatus and includes homages to composers Arnold Schoenberg and Igor Stravinsky. The recording took place on December 5th and 6th, 1973. Maurice Peress conducted the Symphony Orchestra and recorded the title track "In Memoriam First & Second Movement" and "Adagio From The Guitar Concerto: Concerto De Aranjuez", achieving a fusion of classical music. |
